Disgusted and disappointed

I am utterly disgusted with PnP Hazeldean! We drive an hour to town to buy our groceries, we do it weekly and we normally support PnP Hazeldean. We bought some meat from them, chicken to be exact. When we arrived at home I was busy unpacking and I smelled something is off, I smelled the chicken and I immediately told my husband we need to take it back as this happened before but we left it. So keep in mind we drove an hour there, an hour back home and then had to do the same trip. We get there and we speak to the store manager, Kia. He informs us that the chicken gets delivered and stored over night in a storage unit (no freezer no cold room) outside... and that they've had numerous complaints about the chicken! He refunded us for the chicken bought. We asked him that someone must please contact us as I want my money for unnecessary fuel driven out. A simple apology won't cut it as this was not the first time this has happened to us! It's now been 2 weeks no one has called us back as promised. We asked the store manager yesterday what's going on, he said the lady phoned but no one phoned us.
