DISGUSTED and BEYOND ANGRY!

Good day all,<br> I have never ever, in all my 25 years of being a customer to various supermarkets, retailers etc, experienced what I experienced yesterday. I went to our local Pick n Pay supermarket to purchase a few goods for dinner. Upon approaching the check out lines, I realised the queues were 20 to 30 customers waiting, some patiently and some impatiently, to be assisted. 3 check out tills open during peak-time of 17h30?????? How does that even make sense. Other staff of Pick n Pay staying around casually chatting oblivious to the chaos around them. I proceeded to the Ciggarette Counter, where we are able to pay for goods aswell, there were 2 people in front of me, and about 4 - 5 people queueing behind me shortly after. When I was at the cashier, I had a tub of body cream in my hands, purchased at the chemist just minutes earlier, and the cashier took this from my hands to scan it. I mentioned this was not purchased in Pick n Pay (they do not sell this medicinal product at all), upon which I was looked at with raised eyebrows and she \inspected"the tub. She then proceeded by asking me if I wish to purchase a plastic bag. I answered yes"
