disgusted and annoyed

I have purchased paddle pop ice-cream Sunday 01/09 from pnp mall at reds, to say I was disgusted is been mild , I have pictures it was off it was horrible and had to be thrown away , that's issue 1 issue 2- mop attachment spare - wrong attachment give by store when I purchased it few MThs back and I only saw when was changing my mop attachment this past weekend! I have not taken it back yet as I am not going to carry an entire mop and go speak to *********** staff at that branch!contact me and I want these issue sorted. I have pics of the disgusting ice- cream .
