Disgusted

To whom it may concern. I just came home (19h00)(18/11/20) from pick and pay lemon tree, new market,,, I came around 17"20 at the shop to buy pizza, I met a coloured lady to place order, she called the chef to confirm the order,, he had a very rude manner in approaching saying he can't help me and walk off. I ask the lady (coloured) again why this guy can't help me and is so rude she said she is going to talk to him again but came quickly with an answer the same answer NO!!!!, i ask her where the manager is and she showed me. I went to the manager 17:35 to lodge my complain he went with me and have a intense conversation with the guy, and came back with the reassurance that my order will be taken, the guy came and take my order wrll and done that was 17h40,, they said the pizza take +-20 minutes,, I heard him continuously saying to the coloured you coloured than talk in his language whom I did not understand At 18h15 I went to the lady(coloured) ask her that the pizza is suppose to take 20 minutes but I am waiting over 35 minutes at that time, she said she azk him already he said I must wait,,, I told her I did not come in as a bagger but a customer and the way they treat me is inhumane, she said I must wait I wait till 17h35 and went back to the manager but was not where I found him, so I talk to the supervisor she went to search for him couldn't find she went to find out and came back saying the chef said I need to wait another ten minutes before pizza was ready but while talking the other supervisor brought the pizza aat that time the manager appears , I politely ask do I really have to pay for the pizza while waiting over an hour and couple of minutes,,, the manager answer me ""what more do i expect from him since he told the guy(chef) to make the pizza" what more do i expect was his answer we have an argument and he continues asking same question,, no sorry the supervisor said over twenty times sorry but the manager simply rude now i understand why the chef was also rude to me cause the manager behave him first time around but second time he was very rude,,, and to put the cherry on top my wife knock off at six at Alberton city centre and she had to wait in the dark for me and had a altercation with some guy while waiting for me thanks to the security that help her,, I am a regular customer at pick and pay you can scan my smart shopper to see how regular am I in the shop I even said to the manager he need to ask all the cashiers they know me and I dare him they will said they know me,, but he keep on saying 'what more was he suppose to do if my wife was ****** believe you me I would take ppick pay to the highest court, to end my story I still had to pay for the pizza,, please help, I am no longer going to the shop I am disgusted, humiliated, walked over
