disgusted!!!!!!!!!

I get disappointed all the time with customer experience when i visit some of your stores. I will never cease to complain because i am used to the brand. My husband bought a value pack meat package at your store in Protea point. yesterday when cooking it i realised that the meat was more fat that meat itself. I called the store to make them aware and requested to speak to a superior and was given a Lungile whom was very rude from the on set telling me he doesnt know what to do about my query. He then asked for my contacts, a Mandla called me back and i explained to him everything and he promised to call me back which he did and told me to come to the store. You can imagine, my own petrol, time etc. i went to the store and the package was taken the meat was already cooked and part of it which was the wors i had used previously and left the red meat to cook. so they gave us 2 pieces of meat as a refund to more than 5 pieces of my meat which i had bought. i refused, thats when we were told the store owner didnt even want to approve to help us. We decided to leave everything at the store, the meat we brought in, the 2 pice refund and all. to show how much they dont value their customers nobody even called us.
