Disgusted

I haven't received any explanation about what happened. I received a call from someone from Maponya branch, the person didn't properly introduce himself. He said he will go to the mall management and give me feedback, I have since been waiting. I need to know what happened to my brother, I need to know why he was detained and hand cuffed for 5 hours without him being offered any medical attention after he was beaten. He now has after effects of the beating. Why was he not offered water when he asked for it. Why did Clayton lie to me and say they found the damn chocolate on my brother when they clearly didn't, I even apologized to him thinking he was telling the truth. I want to know why I was refused to see the surveillance video when I requested. And most importantly, I need to know why he was arrested without any evidence. My brother is only in high school, his doing his matric year next year, his life has already been ruined because of your incompetency and unprofessional attitude. I need to know how those that were responsible are going to be punished, I need to know how you are going to make it up to my brother for this ill treatment. And I want an official written apology.
