Disgusted
I went in to exchange a sealed pack of Pampers nappies and was directed to a (I think a floor manager) very rude, very arrogant woman by the name of Ntabiseng. I mentioned that my parents in law had bought the wrong size diapers and I wanted to exchange it for the correct size. She asked me if I had a slip - which I rep**** no - she rep**** then there was nothing that she could do. I explained to her that I don't understand why it could not be exchanged as I had done this at another PNP store before. I asked her what a possible solution would be and she rep**** \I wish I knew?????? Really? I then called my parents in law to find out where they bought the nappied from so that I could try call that store to send me the invoice. I spoke to Glen from the Willrow Park PNP and he was very helpful and explained that if the nappies were not open he could gladly exchange it for me. I explained that his store was far from where I stay - he suggested that I speak to the store manager. I did so and spoke to another arrogant man (Couldn't remember his name) who said what and how Ntabiseng reacted was correct - however he will make a plan. He called Ntabiseng to exchange the nappies for me?????"
