Disgusted 10 items or less till.

On Saturday 14 November I went with my mother to your Southdale Branch to get a few items. We had 11 items in our basket and being 2 people we went to the 10 items or less till. Your cashier was rude and said we could not pay there hense I tried to tell her we are 2 people who are paying separately. My mother being a pensioner was so disgusted at the rudeness of your cashier. She started to scan our goods and took away items and pushed them to the side. I told the cashier I will go elsewhere with my mom to get our FEW items we needed. I was in such a rage at the treatment we received. I will not go back to Pick 'n Pay Southdale to do any shopping.<br> <br> In my opinion if a mother and daughter go shopping and use one trolley for our items and get treated with rudeness at the till saying we cannot pay there even though items are separated it should still be viable.<br> <br> DISGUSTED AT THE TREATMENT WE RECEIVED AND SERVICE.
