Disgruntled Customer
Pick n Pay Liquor Store - Protea Glen Mall
I went to buy my alcohol at the Pick n Pay Liquor Store in Protea Glen Mall and had to stand in a line whereby the floor manager was busy having a chat with the teller. This lasted for a while and nobody had a the decency to even explain to me why I am waiting for them to finish their chat.
Once he left the teller, I went forward and stood there waiting for assistance. Nothing! she didn't greet nor even tell me I should hold on. Eventually I asked her if I should hold on any longer because I have been waiting for awhile now, she just responded abruptly telling me that I should move to the next teller once it's open. I asked her if this is how they treat their customers, she never responded and never even looked at me. I asked the security for the floor manager and he said he doesn't know him.

It is sad that we spend our hard earned cash at places where workers think that they are doing us a favour by attending to us.
Totally frustrating.
