Disgruntled customer

Hi There's this lady (not sure she deserves to be called a lady because of her behavior) I think her name is Onkametse or something from Pick n Pay at Cradlestone mall. She has been treating me so badly for the past year now, she's arrogant. The first time I reported her to her supervisor and I was hoping to see some change but clearly it wasn't communicated with her or she lacks training. She works by the food section, today an associate of hers asked her to help me and she asked her why doesn't she help me. I waited for a whole 15 minutes while she was talking to her other colleagues and she didn't help me. I hope this reaches the right people and she's called to order also I don't want to be assisted by her ever I'm certain she spits on my food.
