Disgruntled by PnP ASAP

I ordered on PnP ASAP. Order was approved, money deducted from my bank...After waiting for 2+ hours, the app reflected a cancellation. There was no explanation, NOTHING!!! I then sent a refund request, but even to this day, i'm still waiting...
