Disgraceful service from Pick and Pay

Today I placed my order at 13h45 and the order was so delayed, it was delivered at 15h15. Upon openning the package I realised that the order was incorrect. I quickly tried to call the driver but he did not pick up his phone. I then called their call center at 15h26 and I was told they will sort out and deliver urgently. I called them at 17h30 again because the order has not yet been delivered. It is now 18h00. No communication from their side. Their service stinks. My ref to this issue is *** if they care to respond. I am done with pnpasap.
