DISGRACEFUL PRODUCTS AND SERVICE

On March 29th 2024 , I complained via facebook messenger regarding a purchase. They made me send all kinds of unnecessary things and said I would get feedback within 14 days , while their food technologists did an investigation. *** .. 41 DAYS LATER , no response . I message them again . and again I am told they will re escalate it and give urgent feedback .. ANOTHER 8 DAYS HAVE PASSED .. pick n pay , to say your service pathetic is being nice !! I will never buy from your bakery again ! You sell STALE items and then when we complain, you make us jump through hoops as if we made it up !!!!!!!!!!!!!
