Disgraceful PnP Retail Store

I want to start off by saying that I generally have a good shopping experience at PnP stores that I visited in the past. That however changed today. The store at Lakeside Mall in Benoni was in a disgraceful state. The customer service was non-existent, trolleys were standing all over the place, when I asked staff where certain products could be found, all I got was a nodding of the head and off they went. The fresh produce wasn't very fresh, in a nut shell I had the worst shopping experience in my life today. I know the little money I do spend at PnP stores will not make a difference in their bottom line (that is why they are in business after all isn't it?),but I think that today was the last shopping experience at any PnP store. I will rather spend my hard earned cash at a retailer that treats me as a valued customer but more importantly a person.
