Disgraceful online shopping very poor service delivery
I placed an order with online shopping, Paid for. Recieved a confirmation email. Received a delivery time for today between 08h54 and 09h54. Called to enquire at 10h00 was informed that my delivery was on it's way. Called again at 11am, have now been informed that my order is ready but not on delivery. I find this kind of service totally disgusting. I live 3km from the hub so logically I should have been on the first run. last call ref ***

21 Nov 2019, 13:33Now 1:30pm stil no delivery. Disgusted that I received an email from Customer Care stating that my delivery issues have been completed with a reference number. Really.... nothing has been resolved at all

21 Nov 2019, 18:36I have now been informed that my order is ready for delivery but they now require validation of the purchase from the bank. the funds have been paid and cleared into the PnP account. Feels like a person is being treated as a ******** if you purchase online. Never again is all I will say. I do NOT recommend that any normal person ever purchase anything from PnP online
