Disgraceful Behavior from Store Manager, Percy, at Pick ‘n Pay Springs Mall

I am absolutely furious with the disgraceful customer service I received from the store manager, Percy, at Pick ‘n Pay Springs Mall yesterday (13-01-26) at around 11am. He spoke down to me in the most disrespectful manner while glued to his phone and casually sipping his coffee/tea. This is completely unacceptable behavior from someone in a managerial position. A store manager should set the standard for professionalism, not act like customers are an inconvenience. Pick ‘n Pay needs to seriously rethink who they put in charge, either retrain their managers properly or hire people who actually respect both their job title and the customers they are meant to serve.
