Disgraceful Attitude

Seems like management does not care about customer relations at Rosebank branch regarding one particular worker called Johanna.She is the rudest,most disrespectful individual I have encountered in a retail shop.Johanna is a ****** and a narcissist,I have complained before to the manager Bongani but her attitude got worse.I have heard other customers and even her colleagues complain about her attitude.She is a disgrace to the Pick & Pay group.
