Disgrace for *****ing smart shopper points earned
The only reason i shop there is to accumulate points, but they have all gone, why should things given to u expire. if you earn interest on a bank account they don't take it away if you don't spend it. i was away the whole month of December , so only noticed a few days ago. If one is accumulating points every month , how can they all expire on the same day. if this how they treat loyal customers, who knows whats next. *****ing points from customers is the same as robbing a bank

Kindly note Smart Shopper points are valid for 12 months from the time they’re earned. The best way not to lose your PnP rewards is to make sure you spend them from time to time. We always use your oldest points first so use your points to save even more on every day shopping or treat yourself to something special. You can switch points on the app or via the kiosk.
