Disgrace!

I’m utterly disgusted by the service I received . Bottles by pick n pay has always been my first choice. Firstly I don’t know why the option to contact driver was disabled because the drivers do not call. This was an order of many only God knows why the driver went to the other apartments and did not call. To top of it all we were phoned to ask if we were home. We confirmed that we were home and mentioned exactly where the driver must go. Only for the order status to change to delivery. To whom was the order delivered to because we did not receive it!
