Discusting Service PnP Strand Street!!

I bought a Beef burger from Pick N Pay Strand street only to find out that the Patty was fried with the covering plastic. Went to the store and the manager just dismissed this as a minor error, sent a complaint via all their channels including email and I haven't heard from them since Thursday... Disgusting service!!!
