I am so frustrated right now. I was turned back at Pick n Pay Canal Walk because they said that they are no longer taking people in. The time was 5.30pm and the store closes at 6pm. While inwas standing at the door talking to a gentleman by the name of Romano, other people went in and were not told to turn back. I told the gentlemen, he went to talk to one gentlemen and went back to his office without explaining why other people were going in and I was not allowed to go in. I desperately needed to buy nappies and this was not a luxury visit. One of the reasons I had stopped buying from Pick n Pay is because of such reasons. This was an extremely frustrating reason because people create their own rules knowing very well that it will be an inconvenience to other people. Unfortunately I am an essential services employee and cannot shop as and when I like.
