TAKE RESPONCiBILITY So i posted my complain and all pick n pay had to say it that they are sorry...

Its 2018 and there should be no place for ************** in South Africa!!

Pick n pay should take onus for that fact that they dont even close up their wine section or inform illiterate customers!!!

THIS IS THE FEEDBACK I GOT

"MISLEADING AND LYING TO CUSTOMERS!!! Last night we went to pick a pay watestone to buy wine and something to eat. We walked into the store about 20:01 and went to the wine section to get wine. We remained in the store for about 20-25 minutes walking with the wine.

When we got to the till we were told that they couldnt put it through as they cant sell wine after 20:00. At no point while we in that store walking up and down with the wine pass pick n pay employees tell us that we cant buy the wine. There wasnt even a note at the wine section showing the times, nor was it barricated or sectioned off for customers showing that they cant buy!!

The store manager and the floor manager rather told me to look at the sign as you come in, which is not even in proper viewing, its in a dark corner no one looks at!!!

We were not the only people who took wine at that time!! the store manager Ruan and Shanaaz said we can go complain and he will not allow us, and i told him that they are misleading customers!!!

Why dont you close off the wine section in the first place!!! Official business reply Good day Zoey, Thank you for taking the time to write to us. As advised previously, trading hours for Liquor are regulated by the Government.

The rules are not flexible and no exceptions can be made.
