Discount not received

I made a purchase and my smartshopper card was swiped by cashier. I recieved none of the discount on the specials. Tried to contact Qualisafe Brixton on ***/6. Served by cahier Helen Masisi at till 8 at 10:53 on 12/04/23. I lost around R100 discount plus points. I am upset as I am trying to save.
