Discount not being app****
I have a discount voucher for salami on my app, however when I buy salami the discount doesn't come off? Also, still no response to my previous complaints. You were quick to reply to my complaint on Hello Peter, saying you would escalate and follow up, but still nothing further heard from you.

10 Mar 2021, 12:24Today I was once again (third time now) charged for 2 items instead of 1. Had to stand in a queue to get a refund, and they did not refund me the full amount. Absolutely poor service - I'm sick of paying for your staff's incompetence.
