Disc Renewal

I started the process in January i received communication a month ago that my disc is ready for delivery I must supply my address.

till today no disc i use my car to go to work now I have to take public transport because my car does not have disc please if you are not ready to roll out this feature do not mislead people and roll it out this is frustrating.

you call customer call no one answers. basically nothing works with this feature
