Disappointment

I bought a TV from Pick n Pay Hypermarket in Somerset West Mall, this past January. The TV had an issue and so I took it back on the 10/11/2024. Today I went to go check on the TV as it has past the 21 working days period. When I get there, I am told that the Supplier who was doing the repairs has closed for the holidays and I'll only get my TV on the 6th of January! What was disappointing was that the superior that I was dealing with said, there is nothing they can do. It took an employee named Zandi to calm me down and apologized for such an inconvenience! I'm really disappointed with the store and how they do not value and take responsibility for what has transpired.
