Disappointing service
I used to do all my shopping at Pick 'n Pay Brackenhurst but over the past couple of years there have been more and more stock shortages and discontinued items. Of stuff I buy every week! Thus forcing me to have to do part of my shopping elsewhere. Today I left without anything because every item I wanted wasn't available. This store has officially seen the last of me. Going on the complaints on Google it seems they don't care that they are losing customers either.

An apology won't replace the wasted petrol in my car used to drive to your store and then having to drive elsewhere. If this was just once or twice it would he fine. But theresl has been an issue for more often than not for a while now. You've already lost me as a customer.
