DISAPPOINTING SERVICE

I've logged a hellopeter complaint on the 8TH OF DECEMBER 2021 and received NO RESPONSE from pick n pay almost 2 months later.

I also logged a complaint on Facebook round about the 20TH OF DECEMBER 2021 and I was told that my query will be resolved but nothing happened, no feedback from pick n pay.

On the 24TH OF JANUARY 2022 I did a follow-up and was told that my query was escalated again... Up until today still no response.

PICK N PAY YOUR SERVICE IS REALLY REALLY DISAPPOINTING!!!!!!!!!
