Disappointing Service at Pick n Pay Sasolburg branch
Had 1 item wanted to pay at kiosk,as I was in the express line but forgot this item. There was a notice at the kiosk teller,however this thus not state that items from the floor can't b paid there. The lady did not greet me just said I have to pay at the express till she can't help me I have to queue at express where there was 5 clients infront of me. There was nobody at her queue. I'm very disappointed with this 1 item really.
