Disappointing service at pick n pay Golden walk.

Just walked out of pick n pay Golden walk in germiston without getting help. I needed to buy a few things and get a cashback of only R370 but they straight up told me to go to an atm. I explained that atm's charge more and the lady rep****'well we can't help you'. I asked about 6 cashiers and they all refused, they actually preferred I left my groceries then them giving me a lousy R370. Very disappointed
