Disappointing service

Very disappointed in your service at your Woodmead store. I went there during my lunch break, the discount on a certain item that I purchased was not app****. When I queried it at the till, Frieda was called to enquire on it. She took forever to come back to the till. I was pressed for time and had to cancel the entire purchase. No apology was offered.
