Disappointing Service

I went to Mulbarton Pick n PAy yesterday straight from the Mulbarton Hospital as I wanted to withdraw from the SASSA card. I knew I can do this at Pick n Pay because I do so all the time at Southdale. After I purchased for approximately R490, I told the teller I want to withdraw & she said I cant because it is not the 1st Monday of the month & thats the only time they help SASSA clients. How disappointing, what if I wanted to pay for my groceries with the cash, pay my rent, what happens to me. The inconvenience, utterly disappointed. I then had to drive to Checkers to withdraw. That will be the last time we visit Pick n Pay.
