Disappointing service

I ordered for delivery on Pick n pay Asap and my order was not delivered instead the driver said he delivered, I called twice and sent many emails. Next thing the drivers comes to my home to say my email got him blocked and I should stop what I am doing or I will deal with him. He threatened me 4 times instead I called the police. He left. Now I am following up with pick n pay and no one is telling me next steps instead they said it’s dealt with internally. How will I get my order if it’s dealt with internally
