Disappointing pnp asap

Disappointing does not even begin to describe how I feel. Asap in my understanding stands for as soon as possible. Now how is it possible that a shop will accept an order at 3pm and 3 hours later the app still shows that they'll get to your order. Pick n pay Vosloorus has a tendency of stalling time then they end up delivering the next day with their drivers giving us attitude. I am not happy at all with this service
