Disappointing online shopping experience

I did online shopping with Pick and Pay - waited patiently for 2 weeks for my order to arrive due to the demand for delivery slots. I had various problems with my order and sent a mail to you guys on the 9th of April - I have followed up numerous times with no response. Please get back to me.
