Disappointing Experience at Pick n Pay Hillcrest-Christians Village Money Market

I recently attempted to withdraw a cashsend from the Pick n Pay Hillcrest-Christians Village money market, and unfortunately, the experience was far from satisfactory. During the withdrawal process, there was a malfunction or technical failure. When the system came back online, it incorrectly reflected that my withdrawal had been processed.

Despite the teller's efforts to resolve the issue by contacting IT Support, they were unavailable. I was informed that it would take 48 hours to resolve the issue. This was incredibly frustrating as I needed the money urgently and emphasized this to the staff. I had to leave the store without receiving my money, and I didn't even have taxi fare to travel back home.

Even now, Pick n Pay has not resolved the issue.
