Disappointing
I visited the Pick n Pay Fountains Mall Jeffreys Bay yesterday. Apart from finding this store very expensive, I could not find some of the specials as advertised by Pick n Pay. This is unacceptable, especially as many people are struggling with the rising costs of groceries, which is now rising constantly. Your clients are supporting you Pick n Pay. Where is the support from your side. Very disappointing.

Helga was amazing and assisted me, offering alternatives for when the advertised specials are not available. Thank you Pick n Pay and Helga for going the extra mile and for attending to my complaint. It is refreshing to see a business that still cares about their customers.
