Disappointing Customer Service

Very disappointed with the response I received from the service agents. I ordered via the ASAP app on Friday and one of my items was substituted without my consent - something I do not eat. My item should have been canceled and refunded NOT substituted. I want my refund!!! Because of this I will not use the app again.
