Disappointing customer service

I'm so disappointed about the customer service received at pick n pay megacity mall in mafikeng loadshedding started while we were ( me and my 72years old mother)about to be assisted when the generator kicked in we were left unattended because the till we were in did not switch back on we stood for more than 20 minutes I had to go and look for the manager who did nothing I went back to his office again and he was no where to be found after a whole 30 minutes standing on the que because I was starting to make noise we where then moved to another till imagine a 72 year standing on a que for that long
