Disappointing ASAP delivery

I placed an online order via the Pick n Pay ASAP and I selected an alternative for the 2x pour over sauce I wanted, but when it was delivered they only sent one replacement and not 2 like I ordered but the invoice showed they charged me for two. I am very disappointed because when they rep****, I received an email saying it has been resolved but not saying how it was resolved. Until today no refund on the ASAP app and the missing item has not been delivered.
