Disappointing and Unacceptable

Good day,
please understand that when I make an order I time it to get fresh green produce delivered...
When ALL my salads ,GREENS as well as butternuts are NOT SUPP**** then it's a very disappointing purchase which I find unacceptable.
This was my second FAILED online purchase from Pick ń Pay...The first was equally disappointing with a 150 Litre Addis Plastic storage box arriving broken.
So Pick ń Pay, please tell me why I should continue to make use of your service.

May I suggest that when it occurs that you are unable to to deliver NONE of the fresh produce on a client's list that you try calling the customer and suggesting another delivery date when you will be able to supply the fresh produce... Easy.... You have our phone numbers and most of us , you will find are at home most of the time.... It's why a lot if us are buying online...we want to stay home.
