Disappointed with PNP ASAP service delivery.
Order marked as delivered not received-***7 I did an online order of R800+ on the 27th of July. And after waiting for more than 2 hours, ,I then checked on ASAP and noticed that it shows as being delivered. But , I hadn’t received my order.Phoned customer care at on that same day and was told that I will be refunded within 48 hours. It is now 156 hours and I am still waiting for my refund of items that I never received .3rd time pnp doing me dirty. Never again!!! My order number was ***7
