Disappointed with Pick n Pay Home online

I ordered a washing machine online at Pick n Pay Home on the 18th Dec 2023 but I haven't received my order til now, the call center can't give me details on when it will be delivered, they don't want to give me details of the courier company which is delivering so that I can track my order myself on the site it says delivery takes 2 to 5 working days but it's the 2nd week now still waiting for my order, the status of the order doesn't change since the 19th Dec 23 it says collected from the store. I'm so disappointed with Pick n Pay Home online
