Disappointed with pick n pay and shoprite Mdantsane city mall.

Today i had a very bad experience at shoprite Mdantsane city mall. I asked for a capitec cash send. The attitude that we get from cashiers. I left because they didnt want to assist me. Asanda was the manager helping me shame she tried but her cashiers are full of attitude. Went to pick n pay when i entered there was a lady leaving the store complaining about pick n pay cashiers, little did i know that i was next. Went to a cashier by the name of SIYASANGA😢😢😢😢yhooo she was so cheeky shouting and telling me to go to other tills, she made a mistake of selling wrong electricity to 1 customer shes tired and we mustn't stand there. Went to the manager by the name of LWAZI God the guy told me theres no money at the store but the store was full and busy how come theres no money. Decided to go to the white guy standing and luckiky he was also manager he's name is TIAAN. Oh the guy was so sweet and helpful and boom there was money on the tills. Thank you TIAAN.

I want to say to the cashiers on all stores. Guys when we ask for cash back or capitec cash send....... we do not ask for your money we ask for our money. Please drop the attitude because as of now im thinking of writing to capitec and ask them to s**** business with these shops. On busy days some of us we dont like to use bank cards hence we rather do cash send instead. I really had a bad day didnt even wanna enter these shops again
