Disappointed service

Today I was at Pick 'n Pay Jabulani Mall at 12h14, to buy some few things, then I paid everything and I went out from the store. Few minutes later I returned back to the store due to the Butter and Cheese brand I bought I wasn't happy about it, I talked to the lady named Mpho K i dont know wether shes the manager or what and she couldn't help, I ended up phoned CUSTOMER SERVICE I spoke the lady named Kayla I am very disappointed with the service I got from those two ladies when they are telling me that i left the store they cant help me due to their policy.
