standard has dropped dismally , i have been waiting for a refund on the ASAP app for an item that was found out of stock after i have paid , i've been sending emails back and forth for 2 weeks now and the staff a basically denying the refund due to me even though the reciept clearly states and calculates, i'm never using the app again , just a waste of time , their competitors do a better Job, honestly
