Disappointed in terrible quality!

I am extremely disappointed in Pick ‘n Pay Clothing. I have known their quality to be good and above that of other clothing shops however it seems to be deteriorating. I bought a top for my daughter and after only one wear it is full of round *****, it looks terrible as if it’s old and I have not even washed it once yet so imagine how it will look then. I have been so loyal to pick ‘n pay throughout however if this is the type of quality we are now receiving then I will have to look for other places to shop! I even took a picture because I just could not believe it!
