Disappointed in service of Manager at Randpark Ridge Shopping centre

Disappointed in Manager(s) of Pick n Pay Randpark Ridge Shopping Centre, Johannesburg. My friend bought me some wine yesterday. Unfortunately she has bought 5l Namaque Red wine instead of 5l Namaque Extra Lite White wine. She gave me her slip, in order for me to exchange at another branch on my way home. The attitude of the managing staff was really a disappointment. First of all the Manager explained that I cannot exchange the red wine for white wine at that branch. I have to exchange it at the branch where my friend bought it, namely Benmore....!!!! The most scary part is when the manager explained to me that this wine, bought yesterday and want to exchange yesterday has been expired already.... Oh my goodness - I have pointed out to him that the date he is referring to is the Filling date...!!!!!! Any way I went to Honey Junction, Pick 'n Pay, the Managers there were very friendly and returned my money without any hassels, as by that time it was after 17h00. I really feal the Managers of Randpark ridge owe me a free box of wine, for humilating me in front of the other customers. My favourite is 5l Namaqua, Extra Light White wine. Looking forward to it.
