Disappointed in Pnp

I contacted pnp customer service with a query regarding a refund.

In summary: 1. I purchased a few items at pnp clothing canal walk using payjustnow credit. 2. I returned one item and the store said Payjustnow would refund me. What confused and concerned me is that a "cash refund" was done by the supervisor on the till. This happened 23 March 2026.

It's been weeks, well nearly 2 months and I have not received said refund? I then contacted Payjustnow who advised Pnp has not responded to them either.
