Disappointed in Pick n Pay response

After complaining twice through Hello Peter, and being told I had been contacted privately...this NEVER HAPPENED. Pick n Pay online never contacted me in any way. My brother stopped sending me food parcels through them, due to their habit of sending half price goods, but charging full price. What goes on at the Brackenfel business, I don't know. Very disappointed Pick n Pay
